How are your products made? Is the design woven or embroidered?

All designs are created digitally and printed onto fabric using a high-quality dye sublimation process. This method embeds the design into the fibers, resulting in vibrant, long-lasting color that won’t fade or peel. Each item is made to order and shipped directly from my production partner. Please note: designs are printed, not woven or embroidered.

Is the design printed on both sides of the product?

• Ties: Printed on the front and most of the back. Because the base tie is white, small interior areas—such as the loop holder, inner lining, or edges—may show subtle white. This is normal for printed ties and part of their construction. • Pocket Squares: Printed on the front only; the reverse side remains white. • Pashmina Scarves: Printed on the front. Due to the semi-translucent fabric, the design is softly visible on the reverse. • Poly Chiffon & Poly Voile Scarves: Printed on the front; due to the sheer nature of the fabric, the design shows through to the reverse with a slightly lighter appearance.

What is your Return, Exchange & Refund Policy?

Because each item is custom printed to order, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me with a clear description and photos. I will work with my production partner to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund. In the rare event that a return is approved, the item must be sent back in its original condition. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. Please note that I cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as: • Color variations compared to your expectations or mismatch with other garments • Sizing issues or style preferences • Late delivery due to carrier delays • A change of mind after placing the order

Can I change or cancel my order or update my shipping address?

Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast production, so changes, cancellations, or address updates are not possible once an order has been placed. Please double-check all details before completing your purchase.

Will the colors match my outfit or other items exactly?

Each design is created using carefully curated color palettes to complement a wide range of styles and occasions. However, due to the nature of fabric printing and differences in screen displays, exact color matching cannot be guaranteed. Colors may appear slightly lighter, darker, or vary in tone once printed.

When will I receive my order?

Orders typically go into production within hours of being placed. Production time is 5–6 business days, after which your item will be shipped. Shipping times vary depending on your location and selected method. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link.

What are your shipping methods and timelines?

Shipping is handled by the printing company, which uses a range of carriers (e.g., UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL). Estimated transit times are as follows: • US Standard: 5-7 business days from the ship date. • US Expedited: 3-4 business days from the ship date. • US Overnight: 1-2 business days from the ship date. Please note: delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed, as carrier delays may occur. Please plan your purchase accordingly to avoid delays.

What if I don’t receive my package?

If your tracking shows the package is still in transit beyond the estimated timeframe, please message me and I’ll help investigate. If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it, I recommend checking with neighbors or your local carrier. Unfortunately, items marked as delivered are not eligible for replacement or refund.

Do you use AI in your shop?

Some designs in my shop may begin as AI-assisted creative concepts or pattern explorations, which I then refine, edit, and finalize in Photoshop and other design software as part of my artistic process. Some listing images also feature AI-assisted lifestyle mockups or digitally generated human models used to showcase the products in styled settings and for presentation purposes.
