this bag was a gift so i can’t leave a review on the quality of the item (though it looks GORGEOUS and i’m looking forward to hearing more from my friend on it), i had to leave a review simply based on the customer service. the seller accommodated to a last minute address change, sent pics of the gift wrapping, kept me updated and dispatched and delivered SO quickly! i can’t recommend enough, id purchase here again solely based on this extra attention. tempted for one for myself! ❤️ 10/10
