All of my items are UNISEX sizing regardless of the label. Etsy doesn’t allow the unisex tag for some reason, (it defaults to men’s) but rest assured all items are truly unisex!

My order has not arrived, what now?

All packages ship with insurance from our shop! If a package is missing or has not arrived even though the tracking claims it has, your best bet is to call your local post office with your tracking number. All items ship with tracking! If the package is MIA, opening a claim is the next step! Heart Hooked Apparel claims no responsibility for lost or damaged packages once they are in the hands of the postal service. All issues are to be taken up with the shipping provider, although I’m happy to help in any way that I can!
