What type of print is used for t-shirts and sweatshirts?

The shirts are printed using Direct-To-Garment (DTG) printing, which means the ink is printed directly into the fabric rather than sitting on top. This results in a soft, comfortable design that won’t crack or peel like vinyl prints. The print becomes part of the fabric and moves naturally with the garment, making it ideal for everyday wear. DTG prints are designed to be durable and long-lasting when cared for properly.

How do I know what size to order?

Please refer to the sizing guide located in the photo section of each listing. It includes detailed measurements to help you choose the best size for you. Many of my shirts and sweatshirts are unisex and have a relaxed fit. For the best fit, I recommend comparing the measurements in the sizing guide with a garment you already own and like the fit of. If you have any questions or need help choosing a size, just send me a message — I’m happy to assist!

How should I care for my Comfort Colors t-shirt and Gildan sweatshirt?

To keep your shirt looking its best and preserve the quality of the DTG (Direct-to-Garment) print, follow these care instructions: -Machine wash cold (max 30°C / 90°F) -Turn the shirt inside out before washing to protect the print -Do not bleach -Tumble dry on low heat or hang-dry for longer life. -Do not dry clean -Ironing tips: You can iron on low heat, but avoid direct contact with the printed area Turn the shirt inside out before ironing, or use a pressing cloth (like a thin towel or cotton fabric) over the design Never use high heat on the printed area These steps will help your shirt stay soft, vibrant, and looking great wash after wash!

What’s the estimated delivery time?

My products are printed and shipped in the USA. Delivery times on Etsy are estimated based on my print provider’s production schedule and the carrier’s shipping timelines. Typically, production takes 3–5 business days, followed by 3–5 business days for shipping. Please keep in mind that these are estimates, and occasional delays may occur due to high order volumes or carrier issues. If you have any concerns about your order or its tracking, feel free to reach out — I’m always happy to help! 💕

What if there's a printing error or the design looks wrong?

Orders are printed and shipped in the USA by my print provider. While they do a great job, occasional printing errors can happen. If your design doesn’t look right or doesn’t match the listing photos, please message me within 48 hours of delivery and include a clear photo of the product. I want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If there is a printing error, I’ll arrange a replacement for you as quickly as possible.

Where do you ship from?

Do I get to approve the design when I order a customized item?

If a proof is offered for the specific listing, I’ll send it to you for review and approval before moving forward with production. If the listing does not mention a proof, no proof will be sent, and your personalized item will be produced according to the details you provide when placing your order. What if my order is delayed or arrives damaged?

- The Comfort Colors 1717 tee is made with medium fabric (6.1 oz/yd² (206.8 g/m²)) consisting of high quality, 100% ring-spun US cotton for long-lasting comfort. Made using 100% US cotton that is ethically grown and harvested.
- The pre-shrunk fabric ensures a consistently great fit.
- The soft-washed, garment-dyed fabric brings extra coziness to your wardrobe while the relaxed fit makes it an excellent daily choice.

PRINT
- This is a Direct-To-Garment printed item, and will not crack and peel like vinyl.
- The ink is printed INTO the fabric, not sitting on top of it.
- Colors and saturation/brightness displayed on your monitor/phone/device may differ from the actual item.
- Designs are scaled down on Small & Medium size garments.
- For some designs, there will be 2 different colors of ink: a darker ink for the light color t-shirts and a lighter color ink for the darker t-shirts. This is to achieve the best possible look for the shirt. In Photos, you can always see previews of both colors.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS
- Wash inside out, in cold water, on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry on low heat or let air dry.
- Do not use fabric softeners or bleach.
- Do not dry clean. Avoid ironing on the design.

SIZE
- Take a look at the photos to see a specific sizing chart for this t-shirt style.
- Please note that these t-shirts are unisex size, meaning they are not women’s fitted shirts. If you’re going for a more fitted look, I suggest sizing down.
- Lay your favorite shirt at home flat and measure armpit to armpit to compare to the size chart in the photos.
