Can I return a purchased item if I change my mind?

As most of our items in the shop are custom-made to order, we do not accept "buyer's remorse" returns. We apologize for this inconvenience.

Do you offer refunds or accept returns?

Returns and Refunds are only offered if there are any issues with the quality of the product you've received, like manufacturing error, printing issues and such OR if the item arrives damaged. As items are custom-made in order to keep stored inventory at a minimum, we are unable to accept returns for other reasons. We apologize for this inconvenience. Please review photos, item descriptions, and dimensions before you purchase. If you have additional questions, please contact us within the Etsy messenger.

I messed up my order and need to cancel. Can I cancel my order?

If you have placed an order with an incorrect shipping address or realize you have purchased the wrong item or for some other reason would like to cancel your order, CANCELLATIONS ARE ONLY ACCEPTED WITHIN 1 HOUR OF ORDER PLACEMENT.

I need my custom order next week! Can you expedite it?

Please allow a minimum of ten (10) business days for all custom/personalized orders for production time and shipping. Production time is often longer during the holiday seasons and we cannot guarantee your order will get to you in under ten days. We apologize for any inconvenience.
