.: Each sweatshirt is created individually for each customer. For this reason we do not accept returns at this time. We do accept exchanges within 14 days if there is an issue with your hoodie. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Once we receive your item we will then pay to ship out your replacement. Please message right away including product photos so we may assist you promptly. Your customer satisfaction is important to us.

.:Process and Delivery

.: Order Processing times are 3-5 days and may be longer during the holiday season.
.: Shipping times are through Priority Shipping USPS and may take up to 7 days to receive your item.

.:SIZE CHARTS: See the image for sizing measurements. Fit’s true to size. It’s Unisex so if you prefer a slimmer fit, size down one size. If you prefer an oversized fit I would go up one or two sizes. To ensure the best fit, measure a favorite Crew Neck you own and compare it to the size chart provided.

.: COLORING - LIGHTING/SCREEN DISPLAY: Coloring can seem a bit different on your device screen (computer/laptop/mobile phone/tablet) and from the lighting of the photos.

.: PRINTING PROCESS: Our designs are printed with DTG (Direct to Garment method). Ink is printed directly into the fabric. It goes straight into the fibers of the fabric, meaning you don’t feel the design or ink when you touch it and it will not crack overtime. It can make the design look vintage or slightly worn. This is normal.

.:WASH/CARE: Wash garment inside out to keep print vibrant. Hang to dry or Tumble dry: low heat; Do not iron or dry clean.

.: LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:

.: Clover and Tay Design cannot be held responsible or liable for any packages once they have been shipped. Unfortunately, refunds are not available for package theft or if the item is lost in the mail. But, we will do our best from the start to work with you and make sure you have a great experience.

.: INCORRECT ADDRESS:
Any orders including misspelled names and incorrect shipping addresses due to client’s error will not be refunded once shipped. Replacements can be purchased for full price. If the shipping address needs to be changed, you must message me before shipment.
