How can I print my digital art?

After purchasing and downloading your files, you can print and use them for PERSONAL use as many times as needed. Or, give it printed as a personal gift to a friend! Recommended online print websites in the U.S. include: Mpix.com | Posterjack.com | Finerworks.com. A professional, online print service is highly recommended. You can also print through a local printing service or store such as Walgreens, but the print color and quality may vary. The same goes for using a home printer.

What type of paper should I select?

Card stock is always a good choice, and is also budget-friendly. Another great option is printing on a heavyweight matte paper. If you want the most authentic art representation, you could consider a premium archival art paper with a linen or watercolor texture.

Can I get a custom size?

I don’t usually offer custom sizes, but if you have a special size in mind or need assistance after a purchase, just send me a message! I’ll happily do my best to make it work for your space.

Can I use your artwork for commercial use or sharing?

No. You are not permitted to use, share, distribute, or reproduce our files and prints for any commercial use or resale. Files cannot be used in giveaways or as "freebies". You are not permitted to modify or make changes to our files with the purpose of reselling them yourself. By purchasing your item(s), you are agreeing to the full terms of use listed above.

Where is my Etsy download or notification email?

If you haven't received your Etsy notification email confirming your purchase, please check your spam, junk, and promotional folders. It will not work in the Etsy app. - Go to "your account" and then to "purchases and reviews". - Next to the order, there should be an option to "Download Files". If the Download Files button is a gray color, this means your payment is still processing. Please save your files to your device(s), as designs are occasionally discontinued and files may be lost.

How to purchase a digital item as a Guest without an Etsy account?

When you purchase an instant digital download as a guest, your files will be sent directly to the email you used during checkout. Please locate your Etsy purchase email with receipt, and within this email you'll find a link to download your files.

Is there a shipping cost?

No. All of our listings contain DIGITAL art files. After purchasing your item, the files will be instantly sent to your email and Etsy account, free of charge, for download.
