Do you accept returns, exchanges or alterations after delivery?

Due to the custom nature of the item we do not accept returns, exchanges or requests for alterations after delivery. We ask that you communicate any specific requests through our message conversation during the order process. We only know about a preference or request if you specify it in your message. We will always do our best to accommodate your requests!

Do you offer refunds under any circumstances?

There are no refunds. If there is a physical issue with the item please message us with the specifics so that we can determine how to assist you. Your happiness with the product is very important to us.

If a sale starts after I place my order will you refund the difference?

The price paid is the price of the item at the time of your order. For example, if the item is in a 10% off sale a week after you order we do not go back and refund all previous customers that 10% off amount.

What if my item is returned to the sender/seller after it's shipped?

If a customer's order is returned to the sender/seller for ANY reason the customer is responsible for paying for re-shipment.

What are the care instructions for this item?

For clothing items, please wash items inside out in cold water, do not bleach, do not dry clean, and do not iron directly on the design. What are the sizing details? What if it doesn't fit after I try it on? A detailed size chart is available in all listings. It is the buyer's responsibility to select the correct size.

For Digital Download Products - Do you accept return or cancellation?

Due to the nature of the digital download file, no refund or cancellation can be offered. If there's any problem with the image please contact us for further assistance.

What is a mockup file?

A mockup file is a digital image file that you can edit by using computer software such as Photoshop, Canva, Design Space and other photo editing softwares. Our Mockup files are Flat JPG files and will not have any of our watermark or design on the actual images you'll receive so you can easily just add your own designs on it. What are the sizing details? What if it doesn't fit after I try it on? A detailed size chart is available in all listings. It is the buyer's responsibility to select the correct size.

Do I need to have a Canva Account?

Yes, you will need to signup with Canva to be able to access & edit templates that are purchased. You can sign up for Free or Pro

What if I don't respond to my photo proof?

If we do not get a response on approvals of proofs of custom orders, we will wait for 1 week and then make the order and ship it. We need to adhere to shop deadlines and can not hold orders beyond a certain date. My order did not reach me on time. Can I return it? Sometimes there are delays in transit times across all of our shipping carriers, and these will increase in the holiday season. We cannot guarantee that a shipment will arrive by a specific date, even if the tracking provides an estimated delivery date. We have had cases where a shipment is significantly delayed and shows as unscanned even if it was shipped. You will get your shipment, but we are in no position to guarantee the timeline. Please understand, NO returns are accepted.

Will my order have the exact color I see on the product on my screen?

Please note that colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to differences in monitor settings, device displays, lighting, and the printing process. Because each item is custom made to order, slight variations in color and print outcome may also occur between products. We do our best to ensure product photos accurately represent the design and colors, but some variation is normal and expected. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that slight color variations may occur.
