Is tracking available for my order

Orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Tracked 24 (upgrade available at checkout), with International Tracked for USA orders. Please note that our current turnaround time remains the same even if Tracked 24 is selected at checkout.

Our processing times are up to 5 days, though this may change during busy periods like Christmas (this section will be updated with any changes). If you need your order sooner, please reach out before placing it to see if it’s possible.

Can I return my items

Please get in touch within 14 days of delivery. If your order isn’t faulty, you’ll need to cover the return shipping costs. Make sure to return it with all original packaging and contents within 14 days of delivery. Failure to follow these steps may result in a deduction from your refund.
