Do you have any other social media accounts?

Yes! I'm primarily active on Instagram under the name @ankleglue! I post my original art there! I also have a Twitter under the same name, but I'm not as active on there. I use Toyhouse to track all my designs and characters, my user there is _anchorblue!

I'm struggling to download my files.

Through Email: Have you checked your spam folder? If you use Gmail it may be in your Social or Promotions tab as well. Through Etsy: If you can't find the email you can access your digital files directly from your Etsy account under "Purchases and Reviews," there should be an option to download your files next to your order.
