Shipping delay refunds

Incorrect Address Submitted

If the address on the order is not the current address of the customer, or has a typo submitted by the customer, the customer may inform the seller of the preferred address to use before the item is dispatched. It’s a great item, I just wish it was slightly larger. The biggest size is still a little smaller for a traditional tree. It still looks great though!
