How do I make sure my order is correct?

Please carefully review all personalization details before placing your order, including name spelling, symbols, colors, and any custom selections. We create each item exactly as it is entered in the personalization box at checkout and are not able to interpret or correct entries after submission. Once your order is delivered, we strongly recommend opening and reviewing it right away. If anything is incorrect or not as expected, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review and make it right. Prompt communication allows us to resolve issues quickly and effectively. We begin production quickly, so changes cannot always be made once your order has been placed. We are unable to remake items due to customer entry errors.

Do you accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations?

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review and determine an appropriate resolution on a case-by-case basis. We begin processing orders quickly, so cancellations or changes are not always possible once an order has been placed. If you need to request a change, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate before production begins. Items that have been used or concerns reported after the intended use date (such as holidays or events) may not be eligible for full resolution. Digital products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded once accessed.

What if there is an issue with my delivery?

If your tracking shows “delivered,” it means the carrier has completed delivery to the address provided at checkout. Sometimes packages arrive shortly AFTER being marked delivered. Check all doors, porches, and mailbox areas, asking household members, and checking with nearby neighbors. You can also contact your local post office, as they can often confirm the exact delivery location using GPS. In some cases, carriers scan packages early and they arrive later that day or within a couple of days. Once a package is marked delivered, it is considered complete by the carrier and is not covered for theft or misplacement after delivery. If your item arrives damaged, please send us clear photos of item & packaging within 48 hours of delivery.

Can I see a proof or make changes to my order?

Due to the high volume of orders we process, we do not send proofs prior to production unless a photo proof upgrade is purchased. If a photo proof is purchased and we do not receive a response within 7 days, your order will be completed using the submitted details and shipped to avoid delays. Please ensure that all personalization details are correct before submitting your order, as changes cannot always be made once production has begun. How long will my order take? Do you offer rush production?

All items are made to order and processed within our stated production timeframe (typically 3–10 business days unless otherwise noted in the listing). Processing time does not include shipping time. If you need your order sooner, a rush order upgrade may be available in our shop and must be purchased at the time of ordering. Please note that shipping carriers provide estimated delivery dates, but these are not guaranteed. Once your order has been shipped, transit time is outside of our control.
