Do you accept returns or exchanges on personalized 3D printed desk accessories and custom gifts?

Because all of my desk accessories, foaming soap holders, and custom home decor pieces are made to order, I do not accept returns or exchanges. Many items are personalized or custom color selections, so please double check all personalization details before placing your order. If there is an issue with your custom gift due to an error on my end, please message me and I will absolutely make it right.

Can I cancel my personalized desk gift or customer order?

Yes! I accept order cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, 3D printed desk accessory or custom home decor piece may already be in production and can no longer be canceled. If you need to request a cancellation, please message me as soon as possible.

When will my handmade accessory or gift ship?

Current turnaround time is 5-7 business days for all made-to-order desk decor and gift items. Shipping time is additional and depends on your selected shipping method. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

Will colors of my custom desk decor look exactly like the photos?

Due to screen settings and lighting, colors may vary slightly from what you see on your device. Each 3D printed desk accessory is printed with high-quality filament to ensure vibrant, consistent color.

What if I made a mistake on my personalized gift or desk accessory?

Please message me immediately! If your custom desk gift has not entered production, I will do my best to update your personalization details. Once production begins, changes may not be possible.
