Every jar is carefully assembled by hand with lots of attention to detail. Our products are intended as spiritual, decorative, or personal keepsake items and are not intended to guarantee any specific outcome.

Are your spell jars handmade?

Yes! Every Spells and Sparkles jar is individually handmade by us. Because we work with natural herbs, crystals, and other materials, no two jars will ever look exactly alike. Small variations are part of what makes each one unique.

Can I request a custom or personalized jar?

Absolutely! We love creating meaningful pieces for our customers. If you have an intention, occasion, color scheme, or theme you don't see in our shop, send us an Etsy message before ordering and we'll let you know what we can create for you. Can I personalize an existing jar? In many cases, yes! Depending on the design, we may be able to customize colors, charms, crystals, ribbon/string, or other details. Send us a message before ordering so we can discuss what's possible.

What size are the jars?

We offer several jar sizes depending on the design. Please check the individual listing for the exact size and options available. Photos may be taken close-up to show the tiny details, so always refer to the measurements in the listing before purchasing.

Do I open the jar or leave it sealed?

Our finished spell jars are designed to remain sealed. You can display your jar somewhere meaningful to you, keep it near a personal space, or incorporate it into your own spiritual or intention-setting practices.

Are the crystals and herbs real?

Yes. We use real crystals, stones, dried herbs, botanicals, and other natural materials whenever listed as such. Because these are natural materials, variations in color, shape, texture, and size are completely normal.

Can I give a spell jar as a gift?

Of course! Many of our jars are designed around occasions and life moments and make meaningful little gifts. If you're sending an order directly to someone as a gift, you can mark it as a gift during checkout. You can also contact us if you have questions about a particular gift.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

We package our creations carefully, but these are glass items and occasionally shipping gremlins win. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us through Etsy Messages as soon as possible and include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can help make it right.
