Where will my order ship from?

All of our designs are handmade in our studio in Turkey. For U.S. customers, all orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx Express as DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) — this means you will not be charged any customs or import fees upon delivery. For other countries (Canada, UK, EU, Australia, etc.), packages are shipped directly from Turkey with full express tracking. Please note that customs duties or import taxes may be applied by your country, and these fees are the buyer’s responsibility. Unclaimed or refused packages due to unpaid customs fees will not be refunded.

Can I return or exchange a personalized costume?

Each costume is handmade and personalized specifically for your order. Therefore, returns or exchanges are not accepted for any customized or personalized items. If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us within 2 days of delivery — we’ll do our best to resolve it quickly and professionally. Please note that washed, worn, or damaged items cannot be returned or exchanged. If you wish to return a non-personalized item, shipping and customs costs will be the buyer’s responsibility. Please consider this before placing your order.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days after purchase. What materials do you use?

All of our products are handcrafted using premium cotton or blended fabrics that are comfortable, breathable, and child-safe. Each piece is meticulously inspected, meticulously sewn, and crafted with the same care we show our own children.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?

Yes! We welcome wholesale and bulk orders. Please message us with your request details, and we’ll be happy to prepare a custom quote and estimated timeline for you.

Colors and Fabric Variations

Product colors may appear slightly different due to digital factors such as screen brightness, monitor calibration, or device settings. All of our costumes are custom-made and not mass-produced. Because we source our fabrics from different suppliers depending on market availability, slight tone variations may occasionally occur. However, we always do our best to stay true to the colors and look shown in our listing photos. Please note that minor differences are normal and reflect the handmade nature of our products.

I worked closely with "Mama" to have her custom make three different suits for some of my ventriloquist dummies. The suits were for dummies portraying Robin Hood, Red Riding Hood, and Dracula. I can't praise Mama's professional approach to this project. She told me she hadn't made clothing for puppets before and she was extremely excited to do the work. The suits turned out marvelous. They fit the dummies perfectly, the sewing is impeccable and the quality of the clothing is superb. I was amazed at how quickly she made them. All three in about a week. and at a very reasonable price. She shipped them immediately and I had them within a few days. I cannot recommend Mama's Shop highly enough. If you need something special, I'm confident Mama will be ready, willing and able to do it.
