My Order Says Delivered but I Did Not Get It

Unfortunately, USPS does this often. Our shipping labels are made from Etsy with their partnership with Pitney Bowes. This means that the tracking is NOT USPS and only available through Etsy. Typically your order will arrive within 1-2 weeks even after being marked delivered. If something has happened to your package, I will happily send a replacement 1 MONTH from the shipping date.

Can I get a Variety of Mini Stickers?

Yes! Choose your quantity of stickers you would like and then type in the corresponding Letter and Number of each sticker that you can find in the listing photos.

Do you Ship Stickers Internationally and How Does it Work?

Yes I do! In order to keep prices down, I ship stickers as if they are letters. This does mean that they are slow to travel and not trackable. The price for trackable shipping is upwards of $15 and I want to make sure that my stickers are accessible and affordable all over the globe!

Do you offer customizations?

I love this case!! I don't know where the imperfection is supposed to be, it looks perfect to me. Love that it's a push button case, it's very substantial and nice quality. Got a heft to it!
