For the most part it was fine. The mug is a lower quality version but not terrible. There were small marks on the mug where a machine was placed for the engraving. The engraving isn't placed where I think it should have been; it was more towards the handle of the mug, so it doesn't look right. I also didn't know it would be shipped from overseas, so it took longer than I expected.
