CHARMS: Please refresh the charm pages to ensure the latest stock and images, as they are frequently updated.

Check the charm scale (ruler) on each item page for size reference. All charms are consistently scaled for easy mixing and matching based on size shown. *If you want all charms to be the same size, simply choose ones that appear the same size across pages.

Charms come in various materials and platings, so silver tones may not always match. We try to show this in photos, but some differences can be hard to see. The mix adds unique character, especially when paired with enamel, glass, or colorful charms. Some silver charms are vintage finish.

Handle with care, as some charm edges are sharp and glass/ceramic charms can break. Not all sharp edges are noted on the chart. Remove jewelry before physical activities or sleeping.

STOCK: Items may sell out fast; we’ll alert you if needed. Refresh the page if you've had it open a while, charm stock & images update often.

ANTI-TARNISH and CARE: To prevent tarnishing and discoloration, please avoid water, moisture, lotions, and perfumes, and follow the care guide included with your order. Brass and other non-fine materials can tarnish over time — from any seller — and sometimes quickly, due to skin chemistry, humidity, or environment. Once delivered, proper care is up to the customer to maintain the jewelry’s condition. We don’t apply sealants but can recommend options if you'd like extra protection.

For waterproof options and those with sensitive skin, choose stainless steel charms (codes starting with “X"). They’re tarnish-resistant and usually hypoallergenic, though individual sensitivities may vary.
