We provide customized services, you can tell us your ideas, or provide pictures, we will make the finished product for you, if there is a demand for customization, please contact us, we will give you a quote.

You can inform us in advance to adjust the size, we will adjust the size of the ring in the process of making it. If you have received the goods, but didn't tell us in advance, then we suggest you adjust the size in the local jewelry store, if the local store can't adjust, please contact us and send it back. We will help you adjust in a reasonable price.If it is our own problem that gives you the wrong size, we will help you adjust it for free.

Jewelry is delicate piece of commodity, therefore, you should treat it as best as you can. Avoid getting your ring wet or wear it in the shower or pool or while doing strenuous activities. Also, avoid contacting your jewelry with lotion, perfume, or oil. Most damages comes from being careless with you jewelry, therefore, you must be cautious while wearing it.

We provide lettering service, the lettering fee is $2, please leave a message in the order for lettering content, usually 7US can carve 12 characters, the smaller the size, the smaller the characters.

Matters needing attention:

Photos DO NOT REPRESENT the size of stone as images are zoomed so that details can be visible. Please read the DESCRIPTION that states the size of each stone. Also, photos that are taken on our model may appear bigger or smaller on you, therefore it is imperative to read the description that we have provided.

All of our jewelry is made to order and will take approximately 2-4 weeks (depending on complexity) to be completed. The product will be finished in about 2-4 weeks; I will do my best to complete and ship your jewelry as soon as possible.

Order Cancellation Policy

I support you in canceling your order, but you need to follow these rules 1. No charge for orders canceled within 48 hours 2. Orders canceled after 48 hours will be charged 20% for orders of $500 or more. Orders less than $500 will be charged $50.

Order Return & Exchange Policy

1. Free returns and exchanges within 30 days. 2. If there is any quality problem, we will support full refund or exchange. 3. If there is no quality problem, the buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of return and exchange 4. 1. For orders under $1000, the first installment is a fixed amount of $100. 2. For orders greater than or equal to $1,000, the first installment is charged at 20% of the total cost of the order. 3.Note: This installment is not refundable or replaceable after 48 hours. Principles Of Installment Jewelry Storage: 1.Only support metal materials: gold products do order installments; 2.Items will not be shipped until the final installment payment is paid in full; 3.The minimum amount for each payment is $100; 4.We will store your layaway items for 6 months; 5.Support Etsy's KKlarna as an installment payment method for orders; 6.Please contact us for more details and other questions.
