Disappointing experience - item are decent Advertised shipping as $26. During checkout changed to $38. Then AFTER order was placed, another notice stating additional charges might apply (at bottom of page- which I didn’t initially see.) I later received message from DHL shipping if I didn’t pay an additional $25 fee, package would be returned to the seller. I already paid $38 shipping, and now I had to pay more or lose both item and amount already paid. Reached out to customer service, they said, “yeah you have to pay it. Sorry for the inconvenience- btw we don’t accept returns cuz it cost us too much.” Wrote a bad review, they reached out to me, said they would give me $15, asked me to change my review. Items I purchased $50, shipping (was supposed to be $26- actually price $63 - more then cost of product.)
