▶ Do I Need a Sample?
Yes! I always recommend ordering a 30" x 20" sample first to test how the colours, texture and scale work in your own space - if you need a slight tweak to make it perfect for your room I'm happy to do this free of charge.

Since all my wallpapers are printed on demand and are non-refundable, purchasing a sample ensures you will be 100% happy with the result.

All sample orders receive a 15% discount code for full roll/panel orders, which normally more than covers the cost of the sample.

▶ Refund & Return Policy
Each wallpaper panel is printed to order on your chosen substrate and cut to the length you choose, so your order is created just for you. Because of this, I'm not able to accept change-of-mind returns, refunds, or exchanges. For EU customers, made-to-order items like these are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal.

However if your wallpaper arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please message me and I will make it right as soon as possible.

▶ Colour matching between batches
Each wallpaper order is printed just for you, so colours can vary slightly between print runs. My manufacturer has excellent consistency and the difference is usually minimal, but if you’re working on a larger project, I recommend ordering all your rolls together with a little extra to spare to make sure the colours match perfectly.
