This was a wild ride to receive my item. It arrived nearly a month after the original estimated delivery date (shipping was expected to take about a week). The package was lost by USPS, and obtaining a replacement was frustrating and time-consuming. Mia did make an effort to help, but communication was often delayed, and the replacement shipment was also delayed due to miscommunication. I would also like to mention that the listing images were somewhat confusing to me. If you purchase the "framed" option, it refers to the canvas being stretched over a wooden frame rather than a traditional picture frame. Looking back, the listing does show this, but I initially misunderstood what was being offered. It's still a nice gift, but after the long process of receiving it, that was disappointing.

I want to clarify that I responded to your messages as soon as I saw them, and I did my best to help once USPS lost the package. Unfortunately, once a package is in the carrier’s system, delays and losses are beyond our control. I sent the replacement as quickly as possible after the issue was confirmed. Regarding the frame, I understand the confusion. The listing does show that the “framed” option is a canvas stretched over a wooden frame, but I realize it may not be obvious. I’ll work on making the description clearer.Thank you for your patience and honesty — it helps us improve.

Love the canvas, the colors are great and the finished product is perfect. I would recommend being mindful of how many colors you choose, I think I could have chosen less and had larger patches to color.
