Yes, we fully customize our costumes to match your vision! Whether it's a change in colour, a tweak in design, or a completely new concept not listed on our website, we’ve got you covered. Just contact us with your request, and we'll begin the customization process, which typically takes between 3–6 days before shipping.

Each product has a detailed size chart included in the product photos, and all measurements are in US sizing (in inches). You’ll also find instructions in the product description on how to take your measurements accurately. We accept returns and exchanges on standard-size items if something doesn’t fit quite right. However, customized or made-to-measure items are non-returnable. If you need to return or exchange a standard item, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive the item in its original condition, we’ll process your refund or exchange. Please note that original shipping/postage costs are non-refundable.
