Custom and personalized orders

If you prefer a horizontal or vertical orientation or need a different size, simply send me a message and I’ll be happy to adjust the artwork for you for free. If you’re looking to change the colors, please visit the Custom section of the shop to explore the available options or message me with your idea. I’m always here to help with any special request so your artwork fits your space perfectly.

I offer a variety of sizes and ratios to suit different decoration styles: 4x5 ratio: 4”x5”, 8”x10”, 16”x20”, 40x50cm – Ideal for portrait-style artwork. 3x4 ratio: 6”x8”, 9”x12”, 12”x16”, 18”x24” – Slightly taller than wide, great for art or photography. 2x3 ratio: 4”x6”, 6”x9”, 8”x12”, 10”x15”, 12”x18”, 16”x24”, 20”x30”, 24”x36” – Commonly used for photos and landscapes. International paper ratio: 5”x7”, A5, A4, A3, A2, A1, 50x70cm – Standard sizes for international framing. 11”x14”: Perfect for smaller prints. Ratio refers to the proportion of width to height in an image. For example, a 4x5 ratio means 4 units of width for every 5 units of height. This determines the overall shape of the image :)

How can I download my order?

After purchase, access your downloads through your Etsy profile > Purchases and reviews. If you purchased as a guest, check your inbox (including spam/unwanted folders or social media/promotions tabs for Gmail) for Etsy's automated email containing your download links. Once you open the PDF titled "Your Purchase" with a number, click on each image to access a Google link where you can download the high-resolution images.

Where can I print my digital purchase?

You have several options for printing your digital artwork: Home Printing: You can print your purchase at home using high-quality paper and a good printer for personal use. Ensure you select the right paper type, I recommend matte cardstock for the best results. Local Print Shops: Visit a local print shop for professional printing services. Many print shops can help with different paper types, sizes, and finishes. Online Printing Services: You can also use online print services like: Shutterfly Vistaprint Printful Moo FedEx Office or Staples for prints, posters, and other custom sizes. Always check the recommended print size and quality for each artwork to ensure it looks its best!

All artwork and products are copyrighted © EmAtelierCo. Digital downloads are intended for personal use only. You may print them for your home, as a gift, or for personal enjoyment. Any commercial use, reproduction, or redistribution in any format is strictly prohibited.

A ratio refers to the proportional relationship between the width and height of an image or design. For example, a 4:5 ratio means the width is slightly larger than the height, commonly used for print sizes like 8x10 inches. Ratios help ensure your artwork fits specific frames or spaces perfectly.

For Digital Download Products - Do you accept return or cancellation?

Due to the nature of the digital download file, no refund or cancellation can be offered. If there's any problem with the image please contact us for further assistance.

Which places do you suggest for purchasing frames?

❖Local Craft Stores: Stores like Michaels and Hobby Lobby often have a wide selection of frames in various sizes and styles. ❖Online Retailers: Websites such as Amazon, Framebridge, and Walmart offer countless options and often user reviews for better decision-making. ❖Art Supply Stores: If you're looking for high-quality or unique frames, check out local art supply shops or specialty framing stores. ❖Home Decor Stores: Stores like Target, IKEA, and HomeGoods usually have stylish and affordable frame options. ❖Thrift Stores: For unique and vintage frames, thrift shops and antique stores can be great places to find one-of-a-kind pieces.

I didn’t receive my purchase by email or I don’t see it in my account. What should I do?

Sometimes the files end up in the spam folder or Etsy access doesn’t display properly. No worries! Simply send me your email address through an Etsy message and I will resend your files within 24 hours.

I can’t open the Google link in the file. What should I do?

This can happen depending on your device or browser. Try the following: ● Open the link on a computer instead of a phone or tablet. ● Try a different web browser, such as Chrome, Safari, or Firefox. ● Copy and paste the link directly into your browser’s address bar. ● Make sure your connection or security settings aren’t blocking Google Drive. If it still doesn’t work, just send me a message and I’ll resend the files in another format. I’m always here to help!
