Please take a moment to review your shipping address and item quantities after purchase, and message me if there are any issues. Packages that are shipped to destinations that were not intended by the buyer will incur an additional fee for re-shipment, and possible need of re-purchase if the packages are not-retrievable. Please be aware of lead times for custom orders, especially board game add-ons and 3D printed items.

My ship-by date was moved to be later, why?

Should your order ship-by date fall on a date that we will be out of town at a business event or convention, your ship-by date will typically be moved to at least 2 days after the event ends. Please be aware of these shipping estimates when ordering your items! We make every effort to make sure that our travel schedule is available. Traveling with such a large amount of stock to sell in person is an incredible, worthwhile beast. We may move the shipping date in order to better focus on individually shipped orders when we return, ensuring the highest possible attention to detail. Please let us know if you have very specific delivery date needs via a conversation, and we will do our best to make clear our timing or other constraints.
