All badge reels come with a one-month breakage and return policy. These are handmade items and, while crafted with care and durability in mind, they are not indestructible.

If your badge reel breaks or you're unsatisfied for any reason, please contact me within one month of purchase, and I’ll be happy to make it right.

Damage reported after the one-month window—especially from drops or wear and tear—will not be eligible for a free replacement, in accordance with my shop policy.
