I received the item quickly and the seller communication was good. I'd buy from them again. I'll probably alter the dimensions slightly so I can just buy some commercially available cushions instead of trying to make my own.

The file itself was good, however, an important detail was incorrectly formatted in the DXF file; this was only noticed after milling. However, the DXF file was corrected after contacting support.
