- If your package was returned to me as unclaimed I'll contact you for further information on delivery or canceling an order. - If for some reasons you do not like the product, please contact me before writing a comment to find a suitable solution. I do not accept refund if the reason is misunderstanding of sizes or not receiving by a certain date. All the sizes are set in item details and all the delivery information is in Policies. Please, read all that attentively before placing an order. If the package is lost, I return money after I recieve official written confirmation of the loss from Ukrainian post.

If you wish to cancel transaction (before the order was made and sent), please, note, that there is non-refundable 10% and Paypal fees (for USA - 1.9% + $ 0.30, other countries 2.9% + $ 0.30). I work through an intermediary.

Excluding mentioned above reasons I can accept an item back and return your money excluding both directions shipment costs and 10% of item's price. BOTH DIRECTIONS SHIPMENT COSTS AND 10% OF ITEM'S PRICE ARE UNREFUNDABLE. I work through an intermediary. You should let me know about the return and send it to me within 14 working days starting the next day after you received the order. I will return the money within 3 working days starting the day I receive the product back in original condition. If the product is damaged or dirty, the money will not be returned.
