When do you ship? Is there a phytosanitary certificate?

1-2 weeks processing time, we need to do plant quarantine and book courier I do the phytosanitary cert license, currently I am shipping to a Hub in the US (shared warehouse), then the staff will pack and ship within the US This means my plants will be shipped under temperature controlled conditions I will combine multiple orders and create one quarantine certificate for the entire shipment to airport Therefore, you will not see the phytosanitary certificate in the package like I did before. Note that customs may confiscate the original phytosanitary certificate

What do I need to do to rehab plants after receiving them?

Plant arrives in moss or tissue paper: all seem fine, some damage is to be expected 1. Remove plant from packaging 2. Put roots in jar of water. 3. Replace water daily (Use cool water and not warm water) 4. Pot up after a few days 5. Monstera only need 24 hours 6. Non-water-loving plant-use moss instead You have to move them through the potting media after a few days of soaking in water Potting media here include: Peat moss + perlite (50:50). Ensure the potting mix has been watered but is not too wet. Avoid planting in a potting mix that is hot (>25°C). During the first few weeks of growth, it is beneficial (but not required) to maintain air temperatures within a range of 18-23°C.

What happens if plant does not make and dies in shipping?

I can replace on next order or refund up to 70% of the order value (excluding shipping costs), please attach unboxing video and pictures no later than 24 hours after receiving the plants via message or email: admin@grogensvn.com

How you shipping in winter?

We offers free insulate pad which recommended for 10-20 Celsius and foam box + heat pack 96 hours for lower than 10 Celsius (there is extra cost) We do not ship orders in freezing temperatures, please be aware of this Shipping live plants is considered safe up to temperatures of -5 ° C, as long as the person receiving the package follows a few simple steps to receive the plants in the house to avoid thermal shocks it is necessary to follow a few simple steps bellow:

What should I do to avoid thermal shocks for my plants?

Step I. After receiving the package, it is very important to store it (sealed) in the coolest area of the house (ideal temperature 15-18 ℃), for about 2 hours, away from any heat source. Step II. After this time of 2 hours, you can unseal the package without unpacking the plants. Leave the package at this stage for about another hour. Step III. Unpack the plants and leave them in this cool room for at least a few hours. It is very important to avoid approaching any heat source for at least 24 hours. The next day, the plants can be moved to normally heated rooms, and then hydrated during the morning, to allow the water to evaporate and not stagnate on the plants overnight.

Shipping We guarantee live on arrival (refund less shipping costs). Please message us upon delivery of your plant if it is in less-than-ideal health. Any package that is delivered to you damaged including the content, PLEASE take photographs of both the box and the plant. Initial cosmetic issues such as browning tips or leaves yellowing can occur as a result of shipping any live plant. •We know how important it is to have impeccable packaging so we only use high-quality packing materials and go the extra mile to make sure your plants are packaged with the utmost care.
