Your print will be packaged in a clear sleeve to protect from moisture and wrapped in acid-free pink tissue paper with our cute Peachi branding and a sturdy cardboard back Envelope with 'Do Not Bend'. An additional protector sheet will be inserted to prevent any damage or bending to the print.
If ordering size A3 or above, your print will come lovingly packaged within a cardboard tube.

Prints are ready to ship within 2-4 working days, via Royal Mail First Class.
Royal Mail international standard delivery is also available for 3-7 days.

Postage Redelivery:
If Royal Mail attempts delivery of your package and you're not available, you will have 18 calendar days to collect the package/arrange redelivery before they send it back to us. If this happens, there will be a resend charge of £3.95 to cover the additional postage to resend.

Had a lot of issues with this order. It took well over a month to get here and didn’t arrive on time. Im fact, it arrived nearly 4 weeks after the date it said it would get here. I had issues with delivery and tracking, and when I messaged the seller she was completely unresponsive even though I reached out multiple times. I was eventually able to get ahold of my item, with no help from the seller at all. Please work on your customer service, I will not be purchasing again due to the lack of professionalism and responsiveness.

Hi Meghan, I responded to your message straight away to say your order was marked as delivered as per tracking. I sent your order on time, it left my hands in good faith and arrived promptly in your country. Your countries courier then took over, I checked the tracking information and it was marked as delivered but you stated it wasn't. I cannot control when or where it is delivered as I am given the address provided to me. I do not have control over how accessible your apartment building is for the courier. I asked you to check with neighbours, your mailbox and the lobby. I did everything I could from where I am overseas. This was also around the Christmas period which is renowned for delays that are out my control. Delivery times are always estimates only as they cannot account for occasional custom facility delays.
