Custom and personalized orders

Custom orders are our main business! We specialize in personalization and would love to help you bring your ideas to life. Just contact us if you are not sure - we usually find a way to make a customization happen! Once you have placed your custom order you will receive a mock-up for your approval (usually within 24 to 48 hours). We want to ensure that you get EXACTLY what you are looking for and will work through any iterations with you if needed. We kindly ask you to respond to our mock-ups within 24 to 48 hours on your end. If we don't hear back we will mark it as approved and produce your design to the best of our abilities.

Returns and exchanges

Please note: All our products are customized and produced just for you. We therefore do not accept and returns or exchanges. However, we want to make sure that you get a product that you will LOVE and will revise the design towards your liking during the production process. In case, you are still not satisfied when the product arrives, please reach out to us and we WILL FIND A SOLUTION! ❤️

If you need your gift at a certain time, please select priority shipping at check-out. This will give you the best chances to arrive on time. We are working diligently to process all orders SAME DAY and SHIP NEXT DAY. Any USPS delays are unfortunately out of our control. We do the best we can from our end and if you have concerns about an item arriving on time please contact us before ordering.

In the unlikely event of you receiving an item damaged through shipping, please contact us immediately and send a picture of the damaged product. We will then send you a new product right away and free of charge!

Currently, we do not offer gift messages. But, you can send a "Gift Teaser" with a personalized message through Etsy that will let your recipient know that something is on the way for them!

We are always aiming for max. 1-2 processing time on our end. Nevertheless, peak seasons like Christmas or Mother's Day will increase our volume and extend these processing times. You will find the most up-to-date arrival times in the preview section for delivery in every listing, and we highly recommend adding a few days buffer during peak season because delivery services are often at capacity and slow the process down.

Please remove all items from the pouch before cleaning. For optimal results, we suggest to pretreat visible stains with a stain remover. Mix warm water with laundry detergent and clean the bag with a terry washcloth or a soft bristle brush. Let the bag air dry.

We are a proud US small business! All our designs are made in Florida. We then - depending on the volume of orders - work with different production partners within the United States. All our products are assembled in the USA from globally sourced parts. Your purchase therefore supports the local US economy directly. Thank you!!
