🟢IMPORTANT INFORMATION - PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU PURCHASE🟢

👉 Personalized order - The pillow is made to order - we select the fabric, color and size especially for you - that's why we absolutely do not accept returns.
Please consider your purchases carefully.

👉The color of the fabric may vary slightly due to differences in monitor settings.

👉the pillows are packed in a vacuum bag, this may cause creases in the fabric and deformation of the pillow. This is not a basis for complaint about the order. After receiving your order, take the pillow out of the bag, straighten it, after a few days the fabric will return to normal and the pillow filling will unfold properly.

👉attention for buyers outside the EU (CANADA, UK) ❗ Especially the UK / CANADA ❗
Buyers are responsible for any duties and import taxes that may apply.
The exception is customers from the United States, where the purchase price already includes customs duties.
I am not responsible for delays caused by customs officials.

👉 If you need a different pillow or pillowcases, a different shape, type of fabric, color, feel free to write to me or look for pillows and pillowcases in my store. There are many suggestions for you there :)
