These are brand new laser engraved tumblers with a handle, straw, and lid. THESE ARE MADE TO ORDER. This is not a decal, it is laser engraved, and will last the life of the cup.

Please make sure you pay attention to the color you choose to order. NO refunds or returns because of color change.

It is recommended to hand wash tumblers, including lids and straws. We do not take returns for lids that don't line up in a particular direction or any other preference.

Please note all Stanleys are AUTHENTIC. I do have off brand tumblers, which are clearly labeled with the word DUPE. Please double check each listing for example: 40oz Black Stan/Stanley will be authentic. 40oz Black DUPE would not be authentic, and also the price will reflect this.

Our products are custom made for every order we receive. We uphold sanitation of drinkware very seriously and because of this, we are unable to allow returns on any drinkware product.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so if it fails to meet your expectations for any reason concerning quality of our products, or if there is an error with your order, we will address correcting the issue accordingly within 3 days of the delivery of the item.
