We recommend washing your garments inside out with similar colors. Do not dry clean. Don't attempt to iron the design, it will definitely damage it and we don't want that!

We do bulk orders almost all the time. Reach out to us so we can give you a private quote. A lot of the bulk pricing can change depending on our workflow, material and the quantity.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our business, we can't accept or exchange because all of our orders are custom-made. So, we can't reuse the product we made other than donating them.

Please review all size charts displayed in the product images. The sizing chart includes the measurements of one side of the shirt, not the circumference.

* Sizing might differ 1" (+-) from brand to brand. We recommend you to size up of you're between two sizes.

* We're working with different shirt brands based on the color/size availability. All shirts we use are soft style, not heavy cotton. Different styles of shirts may have different shades of same color due to different manufacturer brands. Solid colors are all cotton and heather colors are cotton/poly blend. (there may be exceptions)

* All shirts are made with top-of-the-line DTF and pressed with a professional grade heat press.

* If you want to add or change anything on the existing design that is displayed in the images, please contact with me.

* Processing time is 1-2 business days (there may be exceptions during holiday seasons). Delivery time is based on your shipping type selection and location. Please check the estimated delivery times at checkout and upgrade the shipping at checkout if you need it sooner.

* If your item returns to us because of the wrong address you entered, we’ll reship to you if you pay the shipping price.

* All items are made-to-order. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept return or exchange.
