Absolutely! Each portrait is created as a digital file by default. If you’d like a professionally printed version, you can purchase it separately. Please ask me the link.. Printed portraits are available in various sizes and come on high-quality art paper — unframed or framed.

❓ How do I send you my photo?

You can attach your photo directly in Etsy messages after placing your order. Tap the message icon → type a message → use the camera icon to upload your image.

❓ I only have an old or imperfect photo. Can you still work with it?

Yes! Since each portrait is hand-drawn, I can often work with any clear photo — even if it includes people, cars, or background clutter. I’ll focus on the house and clean up the rest!

❓ When will I receive my portrait?

You’ll receive a final artwork within 2–3 business days.

❓ Can I ask for changes?

Yes! I’ll send the final artwork first — but if something looks off, I’m happy to make one round of small revisions free of charge. Just send all your feedback at once so I can adjust it quickly.

❓ What type of file will I receive?

You’ll receive a high-resolution JPEG and/or PDF (300 DPI), perfect for printing up to A3 / 11×14”. Let me know if you need a specific size!

❓ Is framing included?

Frames are not included with the digital portrait. If you'd like a printed and framed version, it’s available as a separate add-on order. When ordering only the digital file, nothing physical will be shipped.

❓ Do you accept returns or cancellations?

Due to the custom nature of the artwork and instant delivery of digital files, I unfortunately cannot accept returns or cancellations once I’ve started your portrait.
