SIZING:
Cookie cutters are measured approximately to the longest appropriate side/edge.
CARE:
Please do not place cutters in the dishwasher as they will warp. Handwash gently under lukewarm water and airdry. Do not soak your cookie cutters.
Please make sure to thaw dough before using. Using cutters on frozen dough may result in bending or splitting of the blade.
Cutters are made using a 3D printer with food safe PLA filament. PLA is plastic and will melt when subject to high temperatures.

I loved the packaging my cookie cutters came in, it made it extra special with the cute gingerbread charm. The cookie cutters are good quality and easy to use.
The Item met my expectations
Excellent product highly recommend it
I explained that I was not happy with one of the two cookie cutters. I took pictures and told her why she would not refund my money because I don’t have the same card that I use when purchasing this item I gave her several options to Venmo me the money Zelle cash app Apple Pay even sending me a check but she refused and said she could not do it because of Etsy‘s policies. As a business woman of 35 years this is unacceptableand I will not order from her again and will let people know of my experience very very disappointed.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I did offer a refund for the cutters and explained that Etsy requires all refunds be processed back to the original payment method for security and buyer protection. Because of this policy, I wasn’t able to issue the refund through third-party apps or alternate methods. I always follow Etsy’s guidelines to ensure safe and documented transactions for both the customer and the seller. If Etsy provides another approved option in the future, I’m happy to assist.
