Sign in to your Etsy account from a web browser (NOT the Etsy App). Go to your account & click the "Purchases & Reviews" section. Next to the order, select "Download Files" and click the link in the file. After the Canva tab opens, click on "Edit template".

What elements are editable?

You can edit text (font size, font style, font color, position), add your own photos, text & QR codes. You can change the background color, if it's not stated otherwise in the specific listing.

What elements aren't editable?

For most of the designs, you can't edit clipart. If it's editable, it'll be stated in the listing.

No, you can't resize designs on your own. If your preferred size isn't listed in the listing, send us a message to check if we can make adjustments.

Yes! You can edit your template with a free account on Canva. You don't need to pay anything extra to edit your template.
