I love the engagement/map ornament, the first one came wrong. I got an immediate email answer and they fixed it and sent me a new one all before Christmas. It looks beautiful and will be cherished for years to come.

I would recommend to look elsewhere for your custom ornament wants! I purchased the two sided picture and when it arrived (over a month later… weeks past the time it was supposed to arrive) it had the map on both sides. My picture that I messaged and was confirmed with via message, was not on it. The map is of bad quality as well. I then reached out about this error and if I can recieve my money back or the product I did pay for. They wanted to offer only part money back in which was disappointing as what I received was not what I ordered. I then was told they would be sending the replacement and that they will use the picture I messaged them. Well…. It’s been a month and a half and I still have not received anything. The tracking code they gave me now says “no order under this number”. So save your money and go elsewhere! :)
