Custom and personalised orders

All items can be personalised and custom orders can be requested. Just leave me a note of any colours/design ideas/wording you would like to be printed onto the garment of your choice - and I will get back to you with design ideas within 5-7 working days. If you have any images or ideas you would like to send to me, to better explain what you are after - please send them over.

All items are machine washable but we suggest turning inside out and washing on a low heat. DO NOT tumble dry. Also, any glitter items are okay to be ironed over, but matte and foil designs can not.

Which clothing size should I choose?

The t-shirts come in sized 0-3m, 3-6m, 6-12m, 1-2yr, 2-3yr, 3-4yr, 4-5yr, 5-6yr, 7-8yr, 9-10yr, 11-12yr and 13-14yr and are a very generous fit. If you don't want the t-shirt to be too baggy, I would definitely recommend going smaller. Long and short sleeved baby bodysuits in white, baby pink and baby blue are fairly fit to size and go from Newborn - 2-3yrs in 3 month stages. All other colours (see colour chart on the website), are very big for size. These come in sizes newborn, 0-3m, 3-6m, 6-12m,12-18m and 12-24m.

Custom and personalised orders

Although I strive to have happy customers, I understand that sometimes you might be less than delighted with your purchase. If you wish to return your item for any reason, then please provide written confirmation within 14 days of receipt of your items, either by letter or email. A refund, excluding shipping costs will be issued via your chosen payment method within 5 working days. Personalised and custom items cannot be returned.
