1. Limited Monthly Slots

I only take on a few custom orders each month so I can give each streamer my full attention. If my slots are filled, your order will be scheduled for the next available month.

2. Turnaround Time

Basic Package: 3–5 business days

Standard Package: 5–7 business days

Premium Package: 7–10 business days

Need it faster? Rush delivery is available (+$10).

3. Refunds & Exchanges

Since these are fully custom designs, I can’t offer refunds or exchanges once I’ve started working.

You cancel before I begin designing, or

4. Revisions

I’m happy to make as many tweaks as needed (within reason) while we’re working on your design. Just keep the changes aligned with your original idea so the process flows smoothly.

5. Usage Rights

Your custom graphics are for personal use on your stream (Twitch, YouTube, Facebook Gaming, etc.).
They can’t be resold, redistributed, or turned into merch without permission.
👉 If you’d like a commercial license (so you can resell or use the designs beyond your stream), that’s available for an extra fee (equal to the product price).

6. Intellectual Property

I hold the copyright to all designs, but you get full usage rights for your channel/stream. (Basically—you can use them, flex them, and look amazing, but the original files/concepts remain mine.)

7. Communication

Quick and clear communication helps everything go smoothly! Please try to reply promptly so we can stay on track with your delivery timeline.

8. Tools & Software

I use Adobe Creative Suite and other pro tools—sometimes with AI assistance to speed things up—but everything is crafted by hand and tailored for you. No boring copy-paste templates here.

9. Agreement
