✓ How long does it take to process and ship orders?

Manufacturing typically takes 3-5 business days. Once your order is shipped on Etsy, you'll receive a tracking number. Please note that the tracking number may take a bit of time to become available, as we utilize various mail services and carriers to dispatch your parcel to the shipping service. Delivery times vary, generally taking 2 to 3 weeks, depending on the destination country.

✓ How can I track my order?

For our USA buyers, you can track your parcel on the UPS or USPS website. Non-USA buyers can use their national delivery service for tracking, such as La Poste for France, DHL for Germany, or Royal Mail for the UK. Please keep in mind that parcel tracking begins once the item arrives in the destination country. If you encounter any issues with tracking, kindly wait for your Estimated Delivery Time (ETA / ETD), and then feel free to send us a message. We'll be more than happy to assist you.

✓ What if my order is untrackable?

If your tracking status reads 'Pre-transit / Label created / USPS currently awaiting package,' it indicates that your parcel has left Ukraine and is en route to the destination country. Please be aware that, due to the closure of Ukrainian airspace, we are dispatching all parcels by land to Poland, and from there, by air to the destination country. Your tracking status will be updated as soon as the parcel arrives in the destination country. We appreciate your patience and kindly ask you to wait until the parcel reaches your country.

✓ What if the parcel is delayed?

We'd like to inform you that all delivery services are experiencing high demand, especially during the holiday season. The closer it gets to Christmas, the longer delivery times may be. To ensure a timely arrival, we strongly recommend placing your order early

DnD Book-Style Dungeon Master Screen
Handcrafted wooden DM Screen for DnD lovers — beautifully engraved, foldable, and made to last. The perfect gift for any Dungeon Master or RPG fan.
🌿 Eco-Friendly Finish — Strong Color, Natural Beauty
We use eco-friendly paint, not oil, to preserve the natural wood grain while giving the surface a rich, long-lasting color.
Unlike many mass-produced screens, ours keep the authentic wooden texture — smooth to the touch but full of character.
It’s durable, safe for your home, and highlights the craftsmanship behind every piece.
Each piece is deeply engraved with detailed D&D artwork — the perfect centerpiece for your next campaign and a truly special gift for any Dungeon Master.
⚒️ Built to Last
Every screen is handmade with care — sturdy, solid, and designed to endure years of adventures.
Strong magnetic panels allow you to attach notes, maps, or initiative cards easily.
The foldable book-style design makes it compact, elegant, and ideal for travel or home sessions.
🎲 Important!
▫️ Please note that just as no two trees look the same, no two dice trays will either. Please allow for minor variations in color, contrast, and grain pattern. Each dice tray is unique and made by hand.

Custom images turned out perfect. The seller was quick to confirm my requestand specs on placement of the images. I was hoping for a mock up to confirm it would be correct but they got it right anyway. It functions perfectly and looks marvelous.
