Lab-grown diamonds are grown in controlled environments, while natural diamonds form naturally in the Earth's mantle. They are chemically and physically identical to natural diamonds, with the same hardness, brilliance, and fire.

Does all jewellery is conflict-free and ethical?

Yes, all our jewellery is conflict-free and ethical. We use lab-grown diamonds, created in controlled environments without the harmful mining practices associated with traditional diamonds. This means our diamonds never come from conflict zones or are involved in human rights violations.

How did you choose the diamond for the jewellery?

Each diamond is hand-selected by our experts, who handcraft it to the highest possible brilliance and fire, ensuring a 100% quality guarantee.

Do you provide a certificate of authenticity?

Orielle's jewellery is 100% authentic. It's made of 925 sterling silver, 10k/14k/18k solid gold, and 950 platinum, and is stamped. For stones, we provide a certificate of authenticity (IGI/GIA/SGL labs), but it is a chargeable service.

How do you accept payment?

We accept through PayPal, Klarna, but if you don't have PayPal as an option, we also accept bank/wire transfers or credit/debit cards, please contact us for details.

Do you offer a custom jewellery-making service, and how does it work?

Yes, we specialise in fully custom designs and can create any piece of jewellery you desire. Share your ideas with us, and I (Keval) will design it from scratch, turning it into a unique piece. Send us a message, and we'll work together to make your vision a reality.

Processing and Shipping Time?

For most orders, we require two weeks for processing, but please check the individual item information to see if this may vary. Once your order is ready, we ship via UPS, ARAMEX or DHL, depending on shipping availability at your specific location and time.

Rush Order and Express Shipping?

We offer rush orders. Please contact us before placing your order. Additional costs may apply depending on the type of jewellery. We also offer express shipping for USD 44, with delivery within 5-6 business days. Please note that processing time will be additional.

Do you provide payment plans?

Yes, we can begin work by accepting half of the payment as a deposit. We'll complete the jewellery within 1 to 2 weeks. We'll then send you photos of the finished product, request payment for the other half, and ship your order.

Do you have a return and exchange policy?

Yes. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want you to feel confident when shopping with Orielle. Eligible items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-made, personalized, or engraved jewellery may not be eligible for return or exchange. If your jewellery arrives with a manufacturing defect or any quality concern, please reach out to us. We stand by the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we create and will work with you to find a suitable solution. Our team is always happy to help with any questions or concerns you may have.
