Custom and personalized orders

We love creating custom pieces! Many of our items can be customized, including color options and select design details. If you’re interested in a custom order, please message us before purchasing to discuss availability and details. All custom items are made to order and may require additional processing time. Production time will be discussed and confirmed prior to purchase. Because custom orders are created specifically for you, custom items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged. Please note that handmade items may have slight variations, making each custom piece unique.

3D Printed Items: All items are handmade and made to order. Avoid high heat and prolonged direct sunlight, as 3D printed items may warp. Not dishwasher, microwave, or oven safe. Indoor use recommended unless stated otherwise. Clean gently with a soft, damp cloth. Handle with care and avoid dropping. Hand Rhinestoned Cups & Tumblers: Each cup is hand rhinestoned one stone at a time. Hand wash only using mild soap and lukewarm water. Do not soak. Not dishwasher, microwave, or freezer safe. Avoid scrubbing or abrasive sponges. Allow to air dry completely. Handle gently, as stones may loosen with rough use. Improper care may cause damage and is not eligible for replacement or refund.

Gift wrapping and packaging

At this time, gift wrapping is not available. All items are carefully and securely packaged to ensure they arrive safely and in excellent condition. Orders are packed neatly and are gift-ready upon arrival. No pricing or receipts are included in the package, making it easy to send items directly as a gift. If you would like to include a short gift message, please leave your note at checkout and we’ll include it when possible. While formal gift wrapping is not offered, our clean and thoughtful packaging allows you to easily add your own personal touch.

Why might my item look slightly different from photos?

Because each item is handmade and made to order, small variations are normal and part of what makes your piece unique. Color transitions, rhinestone placement, and finishing details may vary slightly.

When was your shop established?

Our shop was established in September 2025. We started small and have been slowly growing, adding more designs and products as we go.

How long does it take to make my order?

Production time varies depending on the item, as everything is made to order. Many of our 3D printed pieces take several hours to print, followed by finishing and detailing. Current processing times are listed on each product page.

Are rhinestones applied by hand?

Yes. Any item that includes rhinestones is hand rhinestoned, one stone at a time. This process takes patience and precision, making each piece unique.
