We’ll discuss your requirements, provide a quote if needed, and make sure the design is exactly what you’re looking for before printing. For STL files, we can also create or adapt models upon request — perfect if you need something special for your own 3D printer.

Sizes vary depending on the product, and each listing includes detailed measurements in the description. If you need a different size, many of our designs can be scaled up or down — just send us a message and we’ll be happy to help. For STL files, the digital models can usually be resized in your slicer software before printing, but we’re also happy to adjust dimensions for you if needed.

Our 3D printed items are durable, but a little care helps them last even longer: Indoor use: PLA prints are best kept indoors and away from direct heat sources (like radiators or strong sunlight) as they may soften. Outdoor use: PETG prints are more weather-resistant, but we still recommend placing them in sheltered areas to protect from extreme heat or UV. Cleaning: Gently wipe with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or high heat. Finishing: Prints can be sanded, primed, and painted if you’d like to add your own creative touch.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All of our 3D prints are carefully packaged to arrive safely. Standard packaging is simple and protective, using recyclable materials wherever possible. If you’re buying a gift, we’re happy to offer gift wrapping or a personalised note — just let us know at checkout. Do your 3D prints come painted or finished?

Unless stated in the listing, our prints come in the natural filament colour. Many customers enjoy painting and finishing them themselves, but we can print in different colours on request.
