Are the silk flower accessories handmade?

Yes. Each accessory is carefully made by hand, so no two pieces are exactly alike. The flower petals are hand cut, hand pressed and hand assembled one by one with millinery methods. Small differences in petal shape, arrangement, or color tone are normal and make every item one of a kind.

What materials are used?

Materials may include pure silk, wool, linen and silk blend, lace, tulle, wire, metal clips, combs, pins, beads, freshwater pearls, crystal pearls, crystal, silk ribbons, ribbons or other decorative details. Please check the individual product listing for the exact materials used in your piece.

Can I wear these accessories for weddings or special events?

Absolutely. Silk flower hair accessories are popular for weddings, bridal showers, engagement photos, parties, performances, holidays, and other special occasions. They can also be styled with casual outfits for a feminine everyday look.

Can I request a custom color or design?

Custom options may be available depending on materials, timing, and design complexity. If you need a specific color, size, flower type, or event theme, please share details before ordering so we can confirm availability.

Can I use hairspray or styling products while wearing it?

Apply hairspray, perfume, dry shampoo, oils, or other products before putting on the accessory. Let your hair dry completely first, then add the piece. Direct sprays can stain fabric, dull embellishments, or affect the shape of delicate petals.

Are the accessories lightweight?

Most pieces are designed to be comfortable and lightweight. Larger floral designs or pieces with extra embellishments may feel more substantial, so secure them carefully for all-day wear.

How should I care for handmade silk flower accessories?

• Handle gently by the base, clip, comb, or backing rather than pulling on individual petals. • Keep away from water, heavy moisture, steam, and rain whenever possible. • Avoid crushing the petals under heavy items or tight packaging. • Keep away from direct sunlight for long periods to help prevent fading. • Remove the accessory before sleeping, showering, swimming, or exercising.

Can I wash the accessory?

No. Handmade silk flower hair accessories should not be washed, soaked, submerged, dry-cleaned, or exposed to moisture. These methods can damage the fabric, loosen glue, bend wires, or change the shape of the flowers.

• Keep dry and avoid rain, steam, perfume, and hairspray. • Store in a protective box with room for petals. • Handle by the base, clip, comb, or backing instead of the petals.
