Highlights
This very hip 1970s green striped maxi empire waist dress is so different and cool. It has a string attached tie halter with little glass beads. It is made of a terrycloth material and is labeled Palmers and Made In Italy. The colors are so bright with a soft green background and red, turquoise, white and orange stripes. It seems like an XS or XXS as it's marked 0, but please see measurements below. Perfect as a vacation dress or beach coverup. It doesn't wrinkle.
