Do you accept returns, exchanges or alterations after delivery?

Because each item is made to order and personalized just for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or post-delivery alterations. We kindly ask that all preferences, requests, and details be shared through Etsy messages during the order process so everything can be created exactly as intended. That said, if something arrives and doesn’t feel like what you were expecting, please reach out. I care deeply about my work and your experience, and I’m always happy to talk through concerns and see how I can help.

Do you send photos before you ship items?

Some items include a proof as part of the design process, which will be clearly noted in the listing and sent via Etsy messages before production. For items that do not include a proof, orders move directly into production unless a mockup is requested in advance. Because of the volume of custom orders we create and ship each day, we’re unable to send photos or mockups for every order. However, mockups are always available upon request for items that do not include a proof. Just send us a message before production begins. If you’re unsure whether a proof is included or would like to request one, please feel free to reach out, we’re always happy to clarify before we get started.

Do you offer refunds under any circumstances?

Because each item is custom-made, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. If an item arrives damaged in transit, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and the original packaging. Orders ship with USPS insurance (up to $100), and in many cases, damage may also be covered under Etsy’s Purchase Protection Program. Our goal is always to help guide you through the next steps, whether that’s assisting with an insurance claim, directing you to Etsy’s protection process, or finding the best possible solution. We genuinely care about your experience and are always happy to help when something unexpected happens. Additional shipping insurance beyond $100 is available upon request at the time of purchase.

Do you offer rush production?

Our standard production time is 3–10 business days, depending on the item. Rush production may be available for select items and timelines and can be purchased as an add-on in our shop. When available, rush orders are prioritized and move through production faster than our standard processing time. Because timelines can vary by product and order details, we recommend messaging us before purchasing a rush upgrade if you have a specific deadline.

What if my package is delayed, lost, or stolen?

Once an order has shipped, delivery timelines are managed by the shipping carrier. Delays can occasionally happen and are outside of our control. If your package appears delayed, lost in transit, or marked as delivered but not received, please reach out to us first. We’re happy to help you look into tracking details and guide you through the next steps. Many shipping issues may be eligible for coverage through Etsy’s Purchase Protection Program or carrier insurance, depending on the situation. We’ll do our best to help point you in the right direction so you’re not left navigating it alone.

If a sale starts after I place my order, will you refund the difference?

Orders are priced based on the listing price at the time of purchase. We’re unable to apply discounts or refunds retroactively if a sale or promotion begins after your order is placed. Sales and promotions apply only during the dates they are active.

What if I don’t respond to my photo proof?

If a proof is sent and we don’t receive a response, we’ll hold the order for up to one week to allow time for review. During this time, your ship date will be extended by one week. If we still haven’t heard back after that period, we’ll move forward with production using the original details provided and ship the order so we can stay within shop production timelines. If you need more time or have questions about your proof, just let us know, we’re always happy to help when possible.

My order didn’t arrive on time. Can I return it?

Shipping timelines are provided by the carrier and are estimates only. While we do our best to ship orders on time, delays can occasionally occur, especially during peak seasons. Because each item is custom-made, we’re unable to accept returns, cancellations, or refunds due to shipping delays. If a package is delayed, lost in transit, or marked as delivered but not received, please reach out so we can help review tracking details and next steps. In cases where a replacement shipment is requested, reshipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless otherwise covered by Etsy’s Purchase Protection Program or carrier insurance. We’re always happy to help guide you through available options so you’re not left navigating it alone.

This is a beautiful digital painted photo with the cutest frame! Hannah sent the proof before printing and shipping it. It got here pretty quick. The first one I received looked dark, but after chatting with Hannah she was able to fix it fairly easy and sent me a new copy! That one also got here very quickly and looks exactly like the proof.
