Assembly Overview:

The Wooden Leaf Pendant Light consists of 20 vertical frame pieces and multiple decorative leaf elements designed for a layered, organic structure. The leaves and frame are laser-cut from high-quality plywood.

Components:

Leaf pieces:

30 large leaves

20 medium leaves

10 small leaves
(Total: 60 leaves)

Vertical frame parts: 20 pieces

Top and bottom rings: 2 circular connector rings

Lamp holder unit: 1 piece

Assembly Steps:

Frame Construction:
Attach the 20 vertical frame parts into the top and bottom circular rings (slots are pre-cut for easy alignment).
Ensure the structure is upright and stable before proceeding.

Lamp Holder Installation:
Mount the lamp holder at the bottom central ring.
Verify cable positioning and ensure proper electrical connection before final assembly.

Leaf Attachment:
Attach the wooden leaves (large, medium, and small) to the vertical frame.

Start from the bottom with the largest leaves (30 pcs).

Add the medium-sized leaves (20 pcs) in the middle section.

Finish with the smallest leaves (10 pcs) near the top.
Each leaf should slide securely into its designated slot.

Finishing Touch:
After assembling, apply a small amount of wood glue to key connection points to enhance stability and durability.

Painting and Coating (Optional):
Once the glue is fully dried, you may paint or coat the lamp for aesthetic enhancement.
Use non-toxic wood-safe paints or varnishes.

Safety and Handling Notes:

Be gentle during assembly to prevent damage to wooden parts.

Allow glue to cure for at least 12 hours before connecting the electrical components.

Ensure the lamp is placed on a stable, flat surface.
