I found the customer service to be first rate. For example help with sizing was much appreciated. The result being that the jacket fits perfectly. I requested a fast turnaround as the jacket was to be a 73rd birthday present and once again they pulled out all the stops. Resulting in the jacket arriving on time. The jacket looks great and is not too heavy. I'm looking forward to many years of happy use.
