1. PERSONALIZATION & CUSTOM DESIGNS

Q: What can I personalize or customize? Most of our products can be personalized with names, initials, dates, text, logos, or your own design. For custom artwork or logos, we’ll review your design for laser-cutting compatibility before production. Some designs may require small adjustments or support connections to make them suitable for laser cutting while keeping the original design as close as possible. If you’re unsure whether your idea will work, feel free to message us before ordering.

2. HOW TO SEND YOUR LOGO OR DESIGN

Q: How can I send my logo, image, or custom design? You can send your file directly through Etsy Messages before or after placing your order. We accept most common image and vector formats, including JPG, PNG, PDF, SVG, AI, and DXF. For the best result, please send the highest-quality version available. If you’re unsure about your file, simply send us what you have and we’ll review it for you.

3. MOCK-UPS & DESIGN APPROVAL

Q: Will I receive a mock-up before production? For custom logos or customer-provided designs, we’ll send a digital mock-up through Etsy Messages for approval before production. Revisions can be requested before approval. Please reply within 48 hours of receiving your mock-up. If we don’t hear from you, we may proceed with the provided design to avoid delays. Standard personalization such as names, initials, dates, or years normally does not include a mock-up. For bulk or special projects, pre-purchase mock-ups may be available upon request.

4. CUSTOM SIZES & SPECIAL REQUESTS

Q: Can you make a different size or a completely custom product? In many cases, yes. If you need a different size, shape, layout, or have a completely custom idea, please contact us through Etsy Messages before ordering. We’ll review your request for material, design, and laser-cutting compatibility and let you know what is possible.

5. MATERIALS & FINISH

Q: What materials and finishes do you offer? Our main materials are stainless steel for a natural silver appearance and brass for a warm gold appearance. Each piece is precision laser-cut and individually hand-finished. Our standard finish is a brushed metal surface with fine directional lines. Brass pieces also receive a protective clear coating after finishing to help preserve the surface and delay natural tarnishing. Available materials and finishes may vary depending on the product, so please check the individual listing before ordering.

6. PRODUCTION & SHIPPING

Q: How long will my order take? All of our products are made to order. Our standard production time is 5–7 business days. For USA orders: • Standard Shipping: approximately 5–7 business days after dispatch • Express Shipping: approximately 1–3 business days after dispatch International delivery times vary by destination and shipping method. Please note that production and shipping times are separate, and carrier or customs delays may occasionally occur after dispatch.

7. GIFT PACKAGING & GIFT NOTES

Q: Does my order come gift-ready? Yes. Every order is carefully presented in a kraft gift box with a protective insert and natural jute twine, at no additional charge. If you’re sending your order directly as a gift, you can also request a personalized gift note. Please include your gift message when ordering or send it to us through Etsy Messages.

8. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Q: Can I return, exchange, or cancel a personalized order? Because our products are made to order and personalized specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind or incorrect personalization details provided by the buyer. However, if your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue caused by us, please contact us through Etsy Messages so we can review the issue and make it right. Cancellation requests are accepted within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, preparation or production may already have begun and cancellation may no longer be possible. Please carefully review all personalization details before submitting your order.

9. BULK & CORPORATE ORDERS

Q: Do you accept bulk, wedding, or corporate orders? Yes. We welcome bulk and special orders for occasions such as weddings, events, corporate gifts, branded products, and other projects. Depending on the quantity and design, special pricing may be available. Please message us with your design, preferred material, approximate size, quantity, and required date, and we’ll review your project and provide the available options. Pre-purchase mock-ups may also be available for bulk or special projects upon request.

10. CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Q: How should I care for my metal product? To keep your piece looking its best: • Wipe gently with a clean, soft, dry cloth when needed. • Avoid prolonged exposure to water, moisture, perfumes, cleaning products, and harsh chemicals. • Store in a clean, dry place when not in use. • Avoid abrasive cleaners or polishing materials that may alter the brushed finish or protective coating. Stainless steel is naturally resistant to tarnishing. Our brass pieces receive a protective clear coating to help delay oxidation and preserve their finish; however, brass is a natural material and its tone may gradually change over time.

Nice keyring - I only wish it was a thicker brass because I worry it will get bent easily.
